Customer satisfaction survey winners
Firstly, thanks to everyone who took part, and congratulations to the winners of the two $500 Westfield gift vouchers. Our Australian winner was Cindy Henderson from OMD WA and our New Zealand winner was Steven Jordan, also from OMD.
We sent out more than 600 surveys and the response rate was great at 36%. This has given us plenty of valuable feedback which we look forward to implementing over the coming year.
We were very pleased to hear that our customers are generally very happy with us, with an overall customer satisfaction score above 90% which is up on previous years. It was great to see an increase in satisfaction across our Australian clients, reflecting our investment in new modules and training for this market based on feedback from last year’s survey.
Our New Zealand clients continue to show high satisfaction scores and we will continue to work on exceeding your expectations.
Top scores were received for our Technical Support and Account Management, with one customer commenting “I love working with the TVmap team. Definitely offer the best client service of all software providers”. Another commented, “the service is absolutely fantastic”.

Training & Support
The feedback this year has also shown that we need to improve the awareness of our training and support options and we will be following up with clients who have requested additional training and support.
